高压水射流切割机器人离线编程系统研究

摘    要:高压水射流切割设备与机器人结合可精确切割复杂形状工件.将离线编程技术用于高压水射流切割可以解决在线示教编程效率低和切割头位姿控制不精确等问题.介绍了高压水射流切割系统的硬件组成和工作原理.根据机器人应用中的技术问题,分析了水射流机器人离线编程系统。叙述了在微机Windows操作系统平台上利用VC++6.0和OpenGL开发水射流切割机器人离线编程系统的方法和原理.
