摘    要:以浸渍法制备的V-P/HZSM-5为催化剂,在自行设计的流化床反应装置上评价了其催化生物乙醇脱水制乙烯的性能,考察了生物乙醇杂质对其使用寿命的影响,并探讨了催化剂的再生性能.结果表明,V-P/HZSM-5在反应原料流速0.1 ml/min、反应温度220℃、催化剂用量3 g的条件下,可使乙醇转化率和乙烯选择性均在90%以上,且该催化剂表现出良好的催化稳定性和再生性能.

Abstract:The catalytic activity of V-P/HZSM-5 prepared by impregnation method was examined on biology ethanol dehydration to prepare ethylene in self-design fluid bed reactor. The influence of impurity in biology ethanol to the use life of V-P/HZSM-5 was examined, and the regeneration of V-P/HZSM-5 was also discussed. The results showed that, under the conditions of 0.1 ml/min reaction material flow velocity, 220℃ reaction temperature, 3 g catalyst, the ethanol conversion and ethylene selectivity both can reach above 90% over V-P/HZSM-5, with favorable catalytic stability and regeneration capability.
