| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会是长期而艰巨的政治任务。在石油企业要想维护所在地的稳定,必须解决下岗职工的困难,不断完善再就业工程,并把再就业工程提高到构建和谐社会的高度,积极做好下岗职工的思想政治工作。

To safeguard the stability of the location,petroleum enterprises must solve the difficulty of the laid-off workers, perfect the reemployment project constantly,and bring the reemployment project up to the height building the harmonious society,do a good job of the laid-off worker's ideological and political work actively. |
