| 摘 要： | 文中采用信号流图示方式,对矢量网络分析仪进行单端口反射测量时的几种误差源进行介绍,并对其影响测量不确定度的机理进行分析.最后给出采用响应校准、响应与隔离校准、单端口校准等方式提高系统测量不确定度的原理及校准过程.
