| 摘 要： | 针对企业采用什么样的物流运作方式,即是采用自营还是物流外包的问题,通过对物流模式的现状分析,结合我国企业物流的发展现状,提出未来企业物流的主营模式仍是"外包+自营"的协作物流模式。

| Abstract: | More and more enterprises have realized that advanced and available logistics are the key to the success of enterprises.However,the problem facing enterprises is how to select the material flow mode.Based on the study of enterprise logistics modes,this paper analyzes the current situation of enterprise logistics modes in China and points out that Consortium logistics is still the future enterprise logistics mode. |
