WRC965型铝衬套胶辊纺特细号纱的实践

摘    要:探讨特细号纱纺纱对细纱胶辊的性能要求以及WRC965型铝衬套胶辊纺制特细号纱的效果.根据CJ 5.8 tex纱的配棉情况、细纱设备与工艺配置,分析WRC965型铝衬套胶辊的特性和纺纱机理,最终选配了WRC965型铝衬套表面不处理胶辊纺制特细号纱.介绍了胶辊轴承的检验标准和铝衬套胶辊的制作方法,磨床的改进情况和WRC965型铝衬套胶辊的纺纱效果.实践表明,WRC965型铝衬套胶辊弹性好、硬度衰退慢,纺纱性能稳定,适纺特细号纱.

Abstract:Property demands of spun yarn roller when spinning superfine count yarn and effect of spinning superfine count yarn by WRC965 aluminum bushing roller were analyzed. Specialty and spinning mechanism of WRC965 aluminum bushing roller was analyzed aecording to eotton assorting of CJ 5.8 tex and processing eonfiguration and spinning equipment. WRC965 non-treatment aluminum bushing roller was chosen to spin superfine count yarn. Test standard of roller bearing and manufacturing method of aluminum bushing roller were introduced, grinding maehine innovation and spinning effect of WRC965 aluminum bushing roller were discussed too. The practice shows that WRC965 aluminum bushing roller has better elastic, slow degenerate period and stable spinning property. It is suitable for spinning superfine count yam.
