摘    要:根据不可压缩粘性流体力学及非牛顿流体流变学的基本原理,推导出Herschel-Bulkley流体在小井眼同心环空(合钻杆管体环空、钻杆接头环空及钻铤环空)中轴向层流的运动规律,分别得出了流量、流速和压降的简化解析式,定义了钻杆接头(或钻铤)环空当量长度和压降增比,给出了算例,为小井眼钻井工程的水力设计计算提供了理论依据和实用方法。

Abstract:The axial laminar flow pattern of H-B fluid in the concentric annular of slim hole is derived based on the base principles of uncompressive viscous fluid mechanics and non-Newtonian fluid rheology. The concentric annular means drill pipe annular, drill pipe joint annular and drill collar annular. The simplified analytical algorithms for flow rate, flow velocity and pressure drop are devived, and the equivalent length of pipe joint or drill collar and the pressure declining ratio are defined, with examples given. It provides a theoretical principle and a practical method for the hydraulic design and calculation in slim hole drilling.
