| 摘 要： | 为了进一步改善刮板输送机链轮链条传动系统的性能,利用Pro/E的三维辅助分析功能,对新设计的宽带链锻造立环进行了几何特性分析、联接运动分析、干涉检测等多项CAE分析,为锻造立环设计质量的提高提供了依据。 |

| Abstract: | In order to improve the transmission system performance between scraper conveyor sprocket and chain,the Pro/E 3-D aided analysis is adopted to analyze the newly design forged vertical link of broad band chain in geometrical features,joint movement,interference detection,etc..The design quality of forged vertical link is improved accordingly. |
