带式输送机驱动装置虚拟样机研究

摘    要:将虚拟样机技术应用于带式输送机驱动装置设计,利用RecurDyn软件的GEAR模块和BELT模块建立驱动装置虚拟样机,并与输送带联合仿真。仿真结果表明虚拟样机运行与带式输送机运行规律相符合,验证了带式输送机驱动装置虚拟样机的正确性。

Abstract:Virtual prototyping(VP) technology was applied to design method of belt conveyor driving device.The driving device VP was established by GEAR and BELT module in RecurDyn.The VP and the conveyor belt system were linked to run the joint simulation in virtual environment.In conclusion,the simulation results are in accord with the real working state of the belt conveyor,and show the correctness of the driving device VP.
