铬钼合金化对高锰钢疲劳性能的影响

摘    要:研究了铬钼合金化对高锰钢疲劳和耐磨性能的影响.旋转弯曲疲劳试验和疲劳断口分析结果表明,铬钼合金化后,高锰钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度都有所提高,而延伸率、冲击韧性和疲劳极限降低.在低循环应力条件下,Cr和Mo的质量分数分别为0.57%和0.34%的高锰钢的疲劳性能低于普通高锰钢,主要是弥散点状碳化物容易引发内部疲劳源,加快疲劳失效过程.

Effects of Cr and Mo on fatigue property of ZGMn13

Abstract:The effects of Cr-Mo alloying on the fatigue and wear-resistant properties of ZGMn13 were researched,the results of rotary bending fatigue testing and abrasive wear testing show that the strength and hardness of the high manganese steel increase by addition of Cr-Mo,and the wear-resistant properties of the high manganese steel with Cr-Mo is better than that of the high manganese steel without Cr-Mo.But the toughness and fatigue property of the high manganese steel with Cr-Mo is lower than that of the high manganese steel without Cr-Mo.The reason is that the dispersed carbides of Cr and Mo formed in the boundary could induce crack initiation.In the case of low cyclic stress,the fatigue performance of the high manganese steel with 0.57%Cr-0.341%Mo is not as good as the traditional high manganese steel.
