含砷废水砷铁分离的研究

摘    要:以氢氧化钠作为沉淀剂,对含砷废水进行选择性沉淀研究,考察了pH值、搅拌速度、温度等因素对砷、铁分离效果的影响,确定了合适的工艺条件:温度25℃,pH=13.5,搅拌速度500 r/min.此工艺条件下铁的回收率达到99.9%以上,实现了砷、铁的有效分离.

Abstract:In this paper,the arsenic wastewater selective precipitation is studied by using sodium hydroxide as a precipitation.The effects of the pH value,agitation speed,and temperature etc.are inspected on the separation of arsenic and iron.The optimal conditions are determined as follows: pH is 13.5,agitation speed is 500 r/min,and the temperature is 25 ℃.The recovery rate of iron is over 99.9%,under these conditions,so that the effective separation of arsenic and iron is realized.
