大跨径斜拉桥钢桥面防水铺装层修复方案分析与设计

摘    要:针对主跨为618 m的大跨径斜拉桥——武汉白沙洲长江大桥钢箱梁桥面铺装的破坏情况,分析了铺装层发生病害的原因。采用高温稳定性能优异的新型防水粘结层材料和界面进行粗糙化处理技术对铺装层的破坏部位实施了抗滑移修复方案,应用有限元法分析了轮载作用下的正交异性钢桥面板铺装层剪应力的变化规律,同时对防水粘结层材料的粘结强度、抗剪强度和弯曲变形性能进行了室内试验,并且成功实施了白沙洲大桥钢桥面铺装修复工程试验段。

Abstract:In view of damaged condition of a main span 618 meters large span cable-stayed bridge-the Wuhan Baisha Zhou Yangtze River Bridge steel girder deck pavement,the diseases reasons of bridge pavement are analyzed.The anti slipping repair scheme is put in practice by using a new type of waterproof sticking material which has excellent high temperature stability and takes coarse interface treatment.The rules of shear stress of the orthotropic steel deck pavement under wheel loading are analyzed using finite element method.At the same time the cohesional strength,flexural deformation and shear strength of waterproof bonding course materials are studied by indoor test.Restoration project of Baisha Zhou Bridge steel deck pavement test section is carried out successfully.
