化学发泡的污泥陶粒轻混凝土制备与性能表征

摘    要:以过氧化氢溶液(H2O2质量分数为30%)为化学发泡剂,对以污泥烧胀陶粒(陶粒)为集料的轻混凝土胶结部分进行发泡处理使其进一步变轻,获得化学发泡的陶粒轻混凝土试样,并对试样性能进行系统表征。结果表明:在陶粒轻混凝土的胶结部分加入化学发泡剂,试样的容重可显著降低,当发泡剂质量为胶凝材料的2%(质量分数,下同)和4%时,可获得容重分别为950,600 kg/m3的轻混凝土;胶结部分进行化学发泡后,试样的28 d抗压强度降低,但发泡剂质量为胶凝材料2%试样的抗压强度接近13 MPa;与陶粒轻混凝土相比,加入适量发泡剂可显著降低轻混凝土试样的导热系数,加入量占胶凝材料2%和4%的发泡剂,轻混凝土试样的导热系数分别降低25%和36%。

Abstract:The lightweight concrete (LC) specimens were prepared by using sludge expanded ceramsite as aggregate and H2O2 solution (with 30% mass solubility) as chemical foaming agent to further lighten its binding structure.The properties of specimens were characterized systematically.It is found that the apparent density (AD) of specimens is lightened obviously as the foaming reaction of H2O2 being taken place in its binding section homogeneously.The LC specimen with AD of 950 kg/m3 is prepared by using 2% H2O2 solution,and the specimen with AD of 600 kg/m3 is prepared by using 4% H2O2 solution.Although the lightening effect by chemical foaming resultes has in the reduction of 28 d compressive strength to some extent,but the specimen with H,O2 solution of 2% has the 28 d compressive strength of 13 MPa.As compared with the LC of ceramsite without foaming,the thermal conducting coefficient (TCC) of LC specimen foamed by H2O2 is decreased obviously,and the TCC values are decreased by 25% and 36% for LC specimens with respective H2O2 solution of 2% and 4%.
