基于APDL的抛物线齿轮参数化设计

摘    要:
抛物线齿轮齿廓接触为凹凸接触,齿廓线啮合紧密,齿根厚度较大,具有良好的承载性能。针对抛物线齿轮设计存在的计算复杂、效率较低等问题,在ANSYS软件中采用APDL参数化语言编写命令流文件,实现了抛物线齿轮三维模型的参数化设计。该方法可以通过修改特征参数来修改整个模型,提高了建模效率,并为抛物线齿轮的静力学分析、模态分析以及非线性分析提供了有力的支撑。

Abstract:
The contact of the parabolic gear tooth profile is concave-convex contact,the tooth profile is tightly meshed,the root thickness is large,and it has good bearing performance.In order to solve the problems of complex calculation and low efficiency of parabolic gear design,the command flow file is written in APDL parametric language in ANSYS software,and the parametric design of the parabolic gear 3D model is realized.The method can modify the whole model by modifying the feature parameters,improve the modeling efficiency,and provide strong support for the static analysis,modal analysis and nonlinear analysis of the parabolic gear.
