内台阶锥形环件辗扩锻件设计方法研究

摘    要:内台阶锥形环件是工业中的一种典型金属结构,相对于其它内锥形、外锥形和梯形环件而言,具有中部连续渐变、两端突变的特点。文章针对内台阶锥形环件的这一特点,首次提出了横截面变化率的定义,并将此定义用于内台阶锥形环件锻件设计,得出改进此类锻件轮廓的一般规律。对于给出的锻件及其改进方案,用弹塑性动力显式有限元方法进行辗扩塑性变形过程的模拟,证实了横截面变化率作为锻件改进的依据是可行的,所提出的锻件设计方法对于类似内台阶锥形环件辗扩工艺设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:The Conical Ring with Inner Steps (CRIS) is a typical metal structure in many industries. Compared to other rings with inner taper, outer taper and/or trapezoid section, the CRIS has a long middle section with uniform wall thickness and two sharp steps at two ends. To deal with these characteristics of CRIS, the definition of Cross Section Area Change Rate (CSACR) is firstly proposed and used to design the shape of CRIS. The general rule of the shape design of CRIS is outlined. The elasto-plastic dynamic explicit finite element method is employed to simulate the plastic deformation in the ring rolling process with initial ring section shape and its modifications. The numeric results have confirmed the validity of the CSACR as a criterionof improving the shape of CRIS. The proposed design method can give good guidance for the rolling process design of CRIS.
