基于10kV及20kV配电电压等级的高压电网规划——以厦门市翔安区为例

摘    要:针对20kV配电优于10kV配电的特点,以厦门市翔安区作为20kV电压等级规划试点,分析110kV及以上电网现状,根据远景负荷预测结果,分别以10kV电压等级和20kV电压等级对全区的远景110kV及以上网架进行规划布局,通过变电站数量、容量等技术指标,电力投资和变电站用地、高压走廊等经济效益,多方面进行分析和比较,探讨20kV配电的优势。

Abstract:According to the feature that 20 kV power distribution system is better than 10 kV power distribution system, Xiang’an district of Xiamen city is selected as the pilot place for 20 kV voltage level and the status of 110 kV power grids and the above is analyzed and their long-term loads are forecasted. The long-term 110 kV network frames and the above in the district are planned and laid with 10 kV voltage level and 20 kV voltage level separately. By analyzing and comparing technical indicators such as the number and capacity of substations, economic benefit of power investment, substations land occupation and HV corridor, etc., the advantage of 20 kV power distribution system is discussed.
