矿物绝缘电缆技术经济分析

摘    要:根据矿物绝缘电缆的产品标准、设计规范、敷设规程等对矿物绝缘电缆进行释义,并对影响矿物绝缘电缆经济性评价的三个技术特点:载流量大;可直接敷设,无需穿电缆管槽、埋墙暗敷或放在防火桥架中;铜护套可接地,省一根保护接地线,进行详细论述。与云母加塑料绝缘耐火电缆对比,论证了选用矿物绝缘电缆更加经济。

Abstract:According to the product standards, design codes and laying regulation, the three technical features of mineral insulated cable that influence its economical efficiency are discussed in details, i.e., large current-carrying capacity; capable of direct laying without requirement of cable conduit, concealed laying in walls or laying on fire-proof cable trays; copper sheath can be grounded directly, thus saving one protection grounding conductor. In comparison with mica and plastic insulated fire-resistant cable, it is demonstrated that it is more economical to use mineral insulated cable.
