基于复合乳化剂的乳化炸药的性能研究

采用高分子醇胺乳化剂和Span-80制成复合乳化剂,考察其对乳化炸药性能的影响。结果表明:对于乳化炸药的稳定性和爆轰性能,使用复合乳化剂要优于单一乳化剂。复合乳化剂中醇胺乳化剂的质量分数为70%、Span-80质量分数为为30%时,乳化炸药的稳定性和爆轰性能较优。

Study on the Properties of Emulsion Explosives Based on Composite Emulsifiers

This paper presented a new polymeric alcohol amine and Span- 80 composited emulsifier,and studied their effect on the properties of emulsion explosive,the research showed that: the stability and detonation performance of composite emulsifier are better than those of the single emulsifier,the stability of emulsion explosive and detonation performance is better with alcohol amine accounted for 70% and Span- 80 accounted for 30%.
