流动注射分析仪测定地表水中阴离子表面活性剂的研究

摘    要:采用Quiekchem8500s2型连续流动注射分析仪对地表水中阴离子表面活性剂进行测定,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9995,方法检出限为0.004mg/L。对2种浓度的标准样品进行分析,测得值均在其保证值范围内。该方法简单、快速,对实际地表水样的测定结果与标准方法的相对误差在4.07%~10.64%,这表明流动注射法适用于地表水样品的快速测定。

Abstract:Anionic surfactant in surface water was determined by flow injection analysis Quickchem 8500 $2. It was found that the detection limit was 0.004 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0. 999 5. Results were accurate to determine two different standard samples. The method is simple and fast, compared with standard method,the relative error range was between 4.07% -10.64% by flow injection analysis method. The result indicated that flow injection analysis method is especially suitable for analysis of anionic surfactant in surface water.
