柳树叶中原花青素含量测定

摘    要:
采用紫外.可见分光光度法测定柳树叶中的原花青素的含量,酸化香草醛比色法,测定波长为500nm,浓盐酸1.5mL,4%香草醛3mL,反应时间为20min。结果表明,该方法的线性范围为4.0—100.0μg/mL,相关系数R^2=0.9991,平均加标回收率为94.87%,相对标准偏差(RSD)1.38%。该法操作简便、准确、稳定,适用于原花青素含量的测定。

Abstract:
Spectrophotometric method was used for analysis of proanthocyanidin from willow leaves. Vanil- lin assay was carried out, under the conditions of wavelength at 500 nm, concentrated hydrochloric acid 1.5 mL,4% vanillin 3 mL, reaction time 20 min. The linear range of 4.0 -100.0 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient was R^2 =0. 999 1 ,the average recovery of standard addition was 94.87%, RSD was 1.38%. This method is simple, accurate, stable and can be used for assay of procyanidins.
