柳树叶中原花青素的提取与含量测定

摘    要:以乙醇提取柳树叶的原花青素,考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间和提取温度等对提取率的影响。结果表明,乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶20,提取温度70℃,提取时间120 min为最佳提取条件。运用香草醛-盐酸显色法,对最佳提取条件下提取的柳树叶中原花青素含量进行测定,测得绥化地产柳树叶中原花青素含量为10.77 mg/g。

Abstract::Procyanidins in the ethanol extract of willow leaves, the effects of four factors such as ethanolconcentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, and extraction temperature were studied. The resuhs showed that the optimum extraction conditions was 70% ethanol as solvent, solid-liquid ratio of 1:20,ex- traction temperature 70 ℃ and extraction time 120 min. The Vanillin-hydrochloric acid show color method was used to determine the proanthocyanidin from willow leaves which extracted in the ontimum axtrnatinnconditions. Suihua real landed willow leaves the mean content of proanthoeyanidins was 10.77 mg/g.
