安钢6号高炉降低工序能耗的技术攻关

摘    要:对安钢6号高炉降低工序能耗技术攻关进行了总结。通过精料,优化高炉操作,加强上料和出铁管理。TNPM设备运作等,使6号高炉在2006年2月工序能耗达到442kgce/t,比去年同期降低67kgce/t。

Abstract:Technology tackling of reducing process consumption is summarized on Anyang steel No. 6 BF. By means of high quality material, optimizing BF operation, strengthening BF charging and tapping management, the TNPM equipment operation and so on, the consumption of standard coal achieves 420kg/ton in February of 2006, lowers 67kg/ton than the same period of last year.
