动力用煤哈氏可磨性指数与煤灰成分间的关系

摘    要:通过对山东省各个燃煤电厂中的煤质样本进行灰成分和哈氏可磨性指数的测定,统计灰成分和哈氏可磨性指数等指标的分布情况,进一步阐述了煤可磨性指数与煤中各主要成分间的关系,并分析其内在联系进行理论探讨,根据逐步回归分析得出计算规律,最终找到一种简单可行的哈氏可磨性指数预测方法。

The Relationship between the Coal Ash Composition and the Hardgrove Grindability Index of Power Coal
Abstract:The coal ash composition and the Hardgrove grindability index of coal samples of coal-fired power plants in Shan dong were measured.Using the distribution of coal ash composition and Hardgrove grindability index,the relationship between them was expounded,and the inner link was discussed.The rules of calculation were showed based on the stepwise regression analysis.A kind of simple and feasible prediction method of the Hardgrove grindability index was found finally.
