摘    要:从输电线路参数测量方法的基本原理和工程实际出发,对目前各种测量方法进行综合分析和研究。结合输电线路电磁耦合特征对输电线路模型进行了科学实用的分类,按照测量的基本方式、测量的抗干扰方法和参数的计算方法3个方面对现有输电线路参数测量方法进行了归类,分析它们的特点和适用性。针对多回耦合输电线路参数在线测量时零序信号的产生、含T接线路和非全程并行输电线路参数的测量、用于参数在线测量的广域测量系统、非接触式测量方法的应用、输电线路并联电抗器及阻波器和耦合电容器对参数测量的影响等难点问题,提出了相应的解决思路。

Abstract:Based on the fundamental principle of the transmission line parameter measurement method and the engineering applications, the comprehensive analysis and research on the current measurement methods are carried out. The transmission line model is analyzed based on the electromagnetic coupling characteristics of transmission lines. On this basis, the transmission line parameter measurement methods are classified according to the basic methods of measurement, anti interference and parameter calculation, explaining the basic principles and characteristics of different methods. There are some difficulties in parameter measurement of multi circuit transmission line, such as zero sequence signal generation, T-connection or non-full parallel line parameter measurement, wide area measurement system parameters used for on-line measurement, application of non-contact measurement method, and influence and countermeasure of shunt reactor, impedance wave coupler and coupling capacitor of transmission line on parameter measurement. Corresponding solutions are proposed to solve these problems.
