摘    要:PLC与计算机集成的水处理自动控制系统由上位机、连接转换器及PLC组成。该系统可实时监视水处理系统的运行 ,采集数据 ,进行计算 ,判断除盐设备是否失效 ;还可自动控制、调整设备的运行工况。监控主机与PLC分机之间通过RS - 2 32 / 4 2 2转换器进行通信 ,计算机与各PLC间的通信过程采用命令及响应的传送控制方式。该系统可提高水处理系统监控水平 ,保证补给水处理系统的安全、经济运行。

Abstract:The water treatment automatic control system integrated by PLC and computer consists of up-posting machine, adapter and PLC. The system is capable to monitor the operation of water treatment system, acquire and calculate data to identify the effectiveness of desalting device. It has also the capability for automatic control and adjustment of operation conditions of device. The communication between the host monitor computer and PLC extension is carried out by RS-232/422 converter. The communication process between the computer and individual PLC uses the transfer control mode with command and response. The system can improve the monitor level of the whole water treatment system to guarantee the safe and economic operation of the makeup water treatment system.
