| 摘 要： | 碳酸氢铵与氟硅酸反应,生成二氧化硅沉淀和氟化铵溶液;将氟化铵溶液与硫酸钠和硫酸铝反应制得符合GB/T4291-1999一级品的氟铝酸钠.通过正交试验,得到了两步反应的较佳反应条件,氟铝酸钠收率大于90%;副产品白炭黑符合国标要求且收率达95%以上;还考察了氟铝酸钠的结晶行为.这一研究有助于保护氟资源,防止氟污染.

| Abstract: | Ammonium hydrocarbonate is reacted with fluosilic acid,a nd obtained the silicon dioxide precipitation and the ammonium fluoride solution.Fluorine ammonia solution can be used to react with sulphuric acid sodium and aluminium sulfate and produce sodium fluoroaluminate,which can first class prod uct according to GB/T4291-1999.Through the orthogonal experiment,the best reac tive conditions are obtained in the two-step systerm,the yield of sodium fluoro aluminate is bigger than 90%,by-product-the silicon dioxide is measured up to t he national standard and the yield can be beyond 95%.The article has also condu cted the crystalline behavior of sodium fluoroaluminate.The research facilitate s protecting fluorine resources,and prevents fluorine from pollution. |
