铝基细化剂和变质剂的遗传性对A356.2合金组织和性能的影响

摘    要:对我国工业上常用的细化剂和变质剂Al Ti、Al Ti B和Al Sr等中间合金与俄罗斯萨马拉国立工业大学开发生产的细结晶体 (Fine crystalline)晶粒细化剂和变质剂的组织形貌进行了比较 ,并研究了它们的组织遗传效应对A3 5 6 2合金组织和性能的影响。研究表明 ,Al Ti中间合金中的金属间化合物的形状由传统的粗针状转变为细结晶体中的块状。细结晶体添加剂比传统的效果更好 ,它们的高效性依赖于本身细结晶体组织的遗传性。添加小于 0 5 %的细结晶体中间合金即可使得A3 5 6 2合金的伸长率提高 8%~ 2 0 %。

Abstract:The structures and morphologies of refiners and modifiers produced by China and Samara State Technical University were compared. Their effects on microstructures and mechanical properties of A356 2 alloy have been investigated. The results show that the morphology of intermetallic compounds changes with different technologies, that is, it can be changed from coarse needle like in conventional master alloys to block in fine crystalline ones. Fine crystalline master alloys can lead to higher efficiency in grain refinement and modification, which is due to the structural hereditary effect of the fine crystalline. Additionally, small addition of FCR less than 0 5% can improve the mechanical properties of A356 2 alloy.
