| 摘 要： | 主要围绕产品开发，提出了可靠性分析在研发过程中的重要作用和工作程序．将以往单纯追求产品仿造转换为失效模式分析与失效机理分析相结合、技术指标与质量验证相结合的工作模式．不仅改进了研发的工作模式，而且保证了产品的可靠性，其目的是确保研发产品达到预定的技术指标。由于这种工作模式从根本上确保质量达标，因此可以固化为标准的方法，应用到新产品的研发工作中。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the importance of reliability analysis and its procedure in products de-
sign process is presented. After changing the working mode from previous imitation to the new. way,
i. e. integration of failure mode and failure mechanism analysis as well as technical targets and
quality validation, not only the design and working mode is upgraded and the reliability of products
are insured. As a result of achieving the quality targets fundamentally, this working mode can be
standardized and applied in all the new product design work. |
