1Cr18Ni9钢料浆法陶瓷涂层耐腐蚀性能的研究

摘    要:以MgO,SiO2,Al2O3和钠长石粉为陶瓷骨料,以磷酸二氢铝为粘结剂,采用料浆涂法在1Crl8Ni9钢表面制备陶瓷涂层,同时对该涂层的耐腐蚀性能进行了研究.结果表明.带有陶瓷涂层1Crl8Ni9钢的耐盐腐蚀性比没有涂层的提高了1.5~2倍、耐酸腐蚀性提高了1倍、耐海水腐蚀性提高了1.7~2.8倍.

Abstract:The paper studied the corrosion resistance of ceramic coating on 1Cr18Ni9 by slurry concentration process with albite,MgO,SiO2 and Al2O3 as aggregates,and Al(H2PO4)3 as the binder.The results showed that with the ceramic coating,salt corrosion resistance of 1Cr18Ni9 increased by 1.5-2 times,acid corrosion resistance by 1 time,and seawater corrosion resistance by 1.7-2.8 times.
