| 摘 要： | 使用X射线衍射法分析了热塑性聚氨酯（TPU）对PA6结晶行为的影响，研究了TPU软段类型。邵氏硬度对PA6的结晶行为的影响。结果表明：TPU含量越高，尼龙6的结晶度越小，但TPU邵氏硬度对结晶基本上没有影响。相同含量的TPU，随着软段分子量的提高，尼龙6的结晶度提高．即95S的TPU对尼龙6的结晶性影响最大。

| Abstract: | The effect of TPU with different soft segments and different hardness on the crystallization behavior of PA6 in the TPU/PA6blends was investigated by XRD. The results show that the crystallization of PA6 decreases gradually with the TPU content increasing, but the hardness of TPU has no effect on the crystallization of PA6. The crystallization of PA6 increases with the molecular weight of soft segment increasing when the TPU content is constant. In a word, 95S TPU had more obvious influence on the crystalli... |
