智能终端GOOSE时标的精确测试方法

摘    要:
介绍了一种精确测试GOOSE时标的方法,利用数字式继电保护测试仪的快速开关量输出搭建了时间测试回路,并采用GPS主时钟来给数字式继电保护测试仪和被测智能终端对时,使用示波器对时间测试回路发出的被测智能终端接收的测试信号和主时钟的秒脉冲信号进行比对,然后通过截获被测智能终端发出的报文来检测GOOSE的时标准确度。现场的应用验证了该方法的正确性。

Abstract:
A precise testing method for GOOSE time scale was described in this paper. With this method, the time test loop based on fast switching output of digital relay tester was built, and the time difference between digital relay tester and tested intelligent terminals was adjusted using GPS master clock. And then the difference between test signals e- mitted by time test loop to tested intelligent terminal and the second pulse signals of the master clock was check through oscilloscope, Finally the accuracy of GOOSE time scale was inspected by intercepting the packets of GOOSE issued by tested intelligent terminals. Experiments in the field showed that this method was effective.
