| 摘 要： | 首先简要分析了表面组装技术（SMT）细间跨焊接的工艺方法，然后重点讨论了焊盘设计、丝印、贴片、再流焊各种参数对焊接质量的影响，以及对不良焊点的分析及解决办法，最后简要分析了再流焊焊接理论。
