| 摘 要： | 文章在分析现阶段电力施工企业在工程造价控制与安全管理、质量管理和进度管理之间重要关系的基础上，针对工程造价控制在工程管理各个阶段存在的问题进行分析与探讨，最后提出关于做好工程造价控制管理的几点对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the important relationships between the project cost control and safety management, quality management and schedule management for the present stage electric power construc- tion enterprises, the existing problems of the project cost control during each stage of project management are analyzed, and finally several countermeasures and suggestions about the project cost control manage- ment are put forward. |
