摘    要:为了评估毛建草中重金属污染物的含量情况,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定毛建草中铅、镉、铬含量,用原子荧光光度法测定砷、汞含量,用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定镍含量。参照GB 2762—2017 《食品安全国家标准食品污染物限量》进行判定,铅的测定结果均低于5.0 mg/kg;镉的测定结果均低于0.1 mg/kg;汞的测定结果均低于0.1 mg/kg;砷的测定结果均低于0.5 mg/kg;镍的测定结果均低于1.0 mg/kg;铬的测定结果均低于2.0 mg/kg,说明毛建草在重金属污染物方面是安全的。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the content of heavy metal pollutants in Dracocephalum rupestre Hance,the contents of Pb,Cd and Cr were determined by GFAAS,and Hg by AFS,and Ni by ICP-AES with microwave digestion.Refer to the national food safety standard,the results showed that the determination results of lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic,nickel and chromium were all lower than 5.0 mg/kg,0.1 mg/kg,0.1 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg,1.0 mg/kg and 2.0 mg/kg,respectively,indicating that Dracocephalum rupestre Hance is safe in heavy metal pollution.
