垂直轴风力机主轴结构优化设计

摘    要:水平轴风力机是目前应用最广的风力机类型.但垂直轴风力机具有诸多水平轴风力机无法比拟的优良性能,并越来越收到人们的关注.主要介绍了垂直轴风力机及其发展情况,建立以圆筒式垂直轴风力机主轴重量最小为优化目标的数学模型,以iSIGHT为平台,对其主轴壁厚进行了优化设计,使主轴在满足强度和稳定性的前提下取得了显著的减重效果,大大降低了风力发电机组的成本.

Abstract:Due to the advantages over the horizontal-axis wind turbine which is currently used widely,the vertical-axis wind turbine is achieving more and more attentions.The cylindrical vertical-axis wind turbine as well as its development is presented,and its mathematical model was constructed with the aim of minimizing the weight of the principal axis while maintaining its strength and stability.The results are satisfactory.
