| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了一个基于Web面向产品的综合式CAPP系统,包括:采用的Microsoft Windows DNA结构,系统组成及其功能,知识处理,数据库维护和用户管理等主要内容.系统采用国内外流行的Web、XML和组件技术,建立了集交互式、检索式和基于知识的方式于一体的CAPP系统,进行面向企业产品的各类零件进行工艺设计,生成满足生产要求的工艺文件.CAPP系统运行环境为Windows2000,编程语言采用ASP 、JavaScript和VC 等,关系数据库采用Oracle.目前,系统已经应用于沈阳第一机床厂.

| Abstract: | This paper presents a web-based product oriented integrated CAPP system. It includes Windows DNA architecture, system components and functions, knowledge processing, database maintaining and user management. The prevalent Web, XML and component technologies are adopted to establish a computer aided process planning system, which includes interactive CAPP subsystem; retrieve CAPP subsystem and rule-based CAPP subsystem. The product oriented integrated CAPP system can produce technological files of parts to meet the requirements of enterprise production. The CAPP system is written in ASP VBScript, JavaScript, Visual C languages and Oracle database. At present, the CAPP system is running in Shenyang No.1 machine tools. |
