蒸汽发生器眼孔密封面修复研究

蒸汽发生器属于核电厂的核一级设备，蒸汽发生器的眼孔更换密封垫属于每年大修的计划维修项目。由于在R9检修中发现蒸汽发生器B的180°方向眼孔密封面腐蚀严重，如果由于该缺陷而引起蒸汽发生器二次侧发生泄漏，问题将非常严峻，所以特制订方案来修复缺陷。通过采用便携式法兰铣粗铣眼孔密封面，去除表面的斑点、坑、沟，再对密封面进行精铣，通过调整便携式法兰铣气动马达的转速为31r／min来保证加工表面粗糙度，然后对密封面外止口台阶进行铣削，使该加工切削量与密封面铣削量相同，通过控制加工深度即粗加工0．5mm，精加工0．2mm，使切削深度总量在达到修复要求的前提下对法兰本体密封面的切削量为最少，最终为0．35mm。最终成功地完成了修复工作并为其他类似的工作提供了指导和借鉴。
