金属镍-碳化硅纳米复合电镀工艺研究

摘    要:采用复合电镀技术在炭素结构钢板的表面上制备高硬度的Ni-SiC纳米复合镀层,研究镍-碳化硅纳米复合电镀的工艺条件。结果表明,当阴极电流密度为2.56A/dm2,镀液中纳米碳化硅粉的质量浓度为20g/L,镀液的pH值为5.0,温度为50℃时,镀层生长良好,均匀细致平滑,镀层的显微硬度可达到950HV0.2,远高于普通纯镍镀层的硬度。

Abstract:The high hardness Ni-SiC nano-composite coatings were prepared on steel substrates with the composite electroplating technology.The process of Ni-SiC nano-composite electroplating was studied.The result shows that the best conditions were the cathodic current density 2.56 A/dm2,nano-SiC content 20 g·L-1,the pH 5.0 of the bath and the temperature 50 ℃.Under these conditions,the coatings growed well,and were uniform and smooth.The microhardness achieved 950HV0.2,higher than that of the normal Ni coatings.
