摘    要:采用原位反应合成法制备的Cu/FeS复合材料经真应变为6.4的挤压变形加工后,对其摩擦磨损性能进行研究。并利用扫描电镜观察磨损后试样的形貌,分析该材料磨损过程中的影响因素及磨损机制。结果表明,无论是试验过程中的载荷、滑动速度,还是材料本身的硬度都将影响材料的磨损性能,在该试验过程中材料磨损的机制以粘着磨损和磨粒磨损为主。

Abstract:Cu/FeS composite was prepared by in-situ reaction and processed by extrusion with 6.4 strain,its friction and wear properties was studied.The worn sample appearance was studied was observed by SEM,and the influence factors and wear mechanism were analyzed after experimentations.The results indicate that the wear properties are influenced by load,glide velocity and rigidity,and the main wear mechanism is adherence wear and abrasive wear.
