| 摘 要： | 使用MATLAB工具箱对车牌进行识别。根据图像识别理论,在现有技术基础上,综合利用图像处理、计算机视觉、模糊识别等技术,重点对车牌定位、模板匹配等进行了应用性的研究。实验结果表明,所述方法是有效的,能够定位和识别车牌字符,达到了预期的目的。

| Abstract: | To build up an identified system for license plate via MATLAB,the license plate locating and template matching via image manage was studied using computer vision,illegible identification,etc according to the image identify theory.The result shows that this system can work effectively,which can help to orientate and identify license plate number. |
