摘    要:研究了对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)与NH3反应合成对苯二甲酰胺,考察了水、甲醇、乙二醇等反应介质对该过程的影响,提出一条在水介质中,加温、加压条件下将对苯二甲酸二甲酯酰胺化合成对苯二甲酰胺的新工艺。研究了反应条件对对苯二甲酰胺收率的影响,结果表明,在H2O/DMT质量比为3、温度90~100℃、压力0 8~0 9MPa时,通NH3反应14h,对苯二甲酰胺的收率可超过90%,纯度达98%,且水可以循环使用。从而开发一条成本低、工艺简单、污染小的对苯二甲酰胺工业化生产路线。

Abstract:1,4-Benzenedicarboxylamide (BDA) was synthesized from dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) amidation using water as reaction medium.DMT amidation reaction could be effectively carried out in water at elevated temperature and pressure.Suitable reaction conditions were proposed,namely,using one part of DMT and three parts of water,reaction at 90~100 ℃ under 0.8~0.9 MPa ammonia pressure for 14 h.More than 90% of BDA was obtained with a purity of 98%.The used water could be recycled.The technology features simplicity of reaction,low cost and insignificant pollution was achieved.
