电力数字化综合管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为实现电力企业输电网与配电网自动化系统的集成管理,同时解决电力信息化系统中普遍存在的信息孤岛问题,设计实现电力数字化综合管理系统.该系统包括大屏幕显示系统、三维展示系统、三维仿真系统、安全防卫系统、用电管理系统、管理信息系统(Management Information System,MIS)及能量管理系统(Energy Management System,EMS)或配电管理系统(Distribution Management System,DMS)等.在某港口电力自动化系统建设中的应用证明,它不仅能够实现配电网生产运行、检修管理的自动化,而且能为企业市场营销提供良好的技术支持.该系统具有一定的先进性、创新性和实时性,同时具有扩展性能好,可维护性、安全性高等优点.

Abstract:To implement the integrated management on the automation systems of power transmission grid and power distribution for power enterprises,and solve the information isolated island issues which exist generally in power information systems,an integrated power digitalization management system is designed and implemented.The system integrates large screen display system,3D display system,3D simulation system,security defense system,power-consuming administration system,Management Information System(MIS),and Energy Management System(EMS) or Distribution Management System(DMS).The application in the construction of power automation system of a port indicates that the system can not only realize the automation management for the production operation and maintenance of distribution network,but also provide good technical support for enterprises marketing.The system has good advancement,creativity,real-time,expansibility,maintainability,high safety,and so on.
