卷帘密封型干式气柜的开发与研制

总结了稀油密封型、干油密封型和卷帘密封型三种干式气柜的结构特点和应用情况。应用实践表明 ,与其它两种干式气柜相比 ,卷帘密封型干式气柜具有吞吐量大、制造安装精度要求相对较低、维修费用少、操作方便等优点。文章重点介绍卷帘密封型干式气柜的关键材料———橡胶膜的性能特点、研制情况及该型气柜系列设计情况。

Research and Development of Dry Gas Container Sealed with Rolling Shade

The structure and application of three types of dry gas containers, such as watery oil seal, dry oil seal and rolling shade seal were summarized. The practical applications show that comparing the other two containers, the rolling shade seal container has advantages of greater throughput, lower precision requirement in fabrication and installation, lower maintenance costs and easily operation etc. This article introduced emphatically the key material of rolling shade seal container, that is rubber membranes' properties, manufacturing circumstances and design of such type of containers.
