基于互联网的液压元件理论与实验同步教学系统设计

摘    要:设计、实现一个基于互联网的,较为复杂、庞大的液压元件理论教学与实验系统。该系统可使学校本部和新校区,乃至全国各高校的液压元件课程的理论教学与实验系统有机结合,改变了传统的教学和实验模式,开启了全新的液压元件课程理论教学和实验模式。在网络信号覆盖的任何地方,通过实验台的排队申请管理系统,教师、学生都可实现现场及远程的可视化理论教学、实验和学习。实验台可以通过计算机伺服控制系统和手动两种方式调节,进行多种液压元件的性能教学实验。

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of current hydraulic component courses and experimental methods, a theoretical teaching and experimental system for hydraulic components was designed based on the internet and campus network system.By the system, the theoretical teaching and experimental system of hydraulic component courses in the school headquarters and the new campus could be combined organically, as well as colleges and universities across the country.By the system, the traditional teaching and experimental mode could be changed, a completely new theoretical teaching and experimental mode of hydraulic component courses was opened up. In any place covered by network signal, teachers and students could realize on-site and remote visual theoretical teaching, experiment and learning through the queuing application management system of the test rig. Performance teaching experiments for multiple hydraulic components could be carried on by the test rig through servo control and manual operation.
