摘    要:针对大流量乳化液泵吸液性能差的问题,以乳化液泵的吸液管路为研究对象,建立吸液胶管阀口吸入压力、压力损失及管路参数的数学模型,分析对泵容积效率的影响,并利用AMESim软件建立乳化液泵单个系统的仿真模型,对乳化液泵吸液动态特性进行仿真。分析了吸入压力、压力损失、管长、管径对泵液力端性能的影响。提出增加吸入压力、减小管路压力损失和最优管径管长等相关措施,为乳化液泵吸液管路的设计及优化提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the poor liquid absorption performance of the large flow emulsion pump, the mathematical model of suction pressure, pressure loss and pipeline parameters of the suction hose at the valve mouth is established. The effect of the suction pipe on the pump volume efficiency is analyzed, and the simulation model of a single emulsion pump system is established by using AMESim software to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the emulsion pump. The effects of suction pressure, pressure loss, pipe length and pipe diameter on the performance of pump hydraulic end are studied, and some relevant measures are proposed to increase the suction pressure, reduce the loss of pipeline pressure and optimal the pipe length and pipe diameter, which will provide important reference value for the design and optimization of the liquid suction pipeline of the emulsion pump.
