| 摘 要： | 高校工商管理类专业人才的社会需求 ,由于国民经济的快速与持续发展而呈现出日益扩大的趋势。在这种背景下 ,高校如何加快培养出高素质的、德才兼备的工商管理类专业人才 ,以适应这种社会需求 ,是高校必须认真研究和解决的重大问题。本文运用定性与定量分析 ,国内与国外对比、历史与现实对比等方法 ,分析了人才的知识结构、培养目标和社会需求 ,预测了未来 10年的需求总量 ,提出了高校教学改革的主攻方向。

| Abstract: | The social requirement for business-administration professional has experienced an ever-broadening trend due to the rapid and constant development of national economy. Under this circumstance, how to educate highley qualified business-administration professionals with the integrity of morality and talents at a higher speed to meet this social requirement is an important issue for colleges and universities. This thesis uses Qualitative analysis, Quantitative analysis,by means of a comparison nationally and internationally and comparison between the reality and the history to analyze the knowledge restructure of professionals, the aim of education and social requirement, which is intended to predict the total amount of requirement in the next decade and to point out the main direction of educational reform in colleges and universities. |
