稠油脱水装置智能控制系统设计

摘    要:稠油脱水净化是处理稠油的重要流程之一,为提高稠油脱水装置自动控制系统的响应性及系统运行的稳定性,需要对稠油脱水净化装置的自动控制系统进行设计。该装置采用S7-200PLC作为控制器,运用PLC组态技术设计出稠油脱水装置自动控制系统,重点阐述了该自动控制系统硬件的组成以及软件设计思路,介绍脱水系统与加热系统等的硬件结构设计,并完成了稠油脱水装置人机交互界面以及上位机与下位机的实时通讯系统,实现了对稠油脱水装置工况的实际监测及远程控制。

Abstract:Dehydration and purification of heavy oil is one of the important processes for the treatment of heavy oil.In order to improve the responsiveness of the automatic control system of the heavy oil dehydration unit and the stability of the system operation,it is necessary to design the automatic control system of the heavy oil dehydration purification device.S7-200PLC is adopted as the controller,and PLC configuration technology is used to design the automatic control system of heavy oil dehydration device.It focuses on the hardware composition and software design idea of the automatic control system,and the hardware structure of dehydration system and heating system is introduced.The human-computer interaction interface of the heavy oil dehydration device and the real-time communication system between the upper computer and the lower computer is designed and completed,AND the actual monitoring and remote control of the heavy oil dehydration device working conditions is realized.
