摘    要:以美国某磁铁矿为原料,分别采用磁悬浮精选和反浮选工艺对磁选精矿进行了提铁降硅研究。结果表明,采用两种工艺都可以将TFe品位提高到70%以上、SiO2含量降到1.5%以下,达到高品位铁精粉的要求。但磁悬浮精选工艺可以得到较高的产率和TFe回收率,并且运行成本低、无污染物排放,是更高效环保的选矿方法。

Abstract:Magnetic levitation and reverse flotation techniques were introduced for extracting iron and reducing silicon in the concentrate from previous magnetic separation process with the magnetite from the United States as raw material. It is shown that  concentrates obtained using either process could have the TFe grade  increased to over 70% and  SiO2 content  reduced to below 1.5%, meeting the standard for high grade iron powder. Comparatively, magnetic levitation separation can lead to the higher yield and TFe recovery, and is also more effective due to its lower operating cost and eco-friendly without any pollutant discharged.
