低层房屋和地基基础在台风荷载作用下的分析与试验研究

摘    要:本文通过对浙江沿海低层民居受台风灾害的实地调查研究、模型试验和理论分析三个方面全面地分析了这类民居在台风荷载作用下的力学性能与破坏机理。为使理论分析模型与实际工程相一致,采用了上部结构、基础和土介质系统的共同作用分析。考虑到墙体与基础同时受竖向荷载和水平风载的共同作用,采用了平板壳单元。在墙的交接处,为使变形协调采用了罚单元。土介质采用有限压缩层法,用FORTRAN77编制了程序,可供工程设计应用。为保证这类民居的强度储备足以抵御由台风脉动风振引起的振动影响,文中对内力分析,结构布置与构造等均提出了相应措施,对工程实践具有一定的实用意义。

Abstract:In 1990,$4320 million in property damage was caused by wind forces from extratropical storms and typhoonic for Zhejiang Province in China.In additon, there were thousands of injuries,loss of hundreds of lives and collapse of a large number of lowstorey living house.This paper deals with the mechanism of collapse of these buildings under the action of typhoonic forces.In the analysis, the coupled method of finite element and finite layers for typhoonic loads is used concidering the interaction between space brick wall,foundation and soil medium.The elements used for the space brick wall and foundation are a number of plate-shell elements, and the finite layers for the soil medium.The penalty elements to describe the interface behavior between intersecting wall is proposed. In order to investigate the mechanism of building destroy under the action of typhoonic loads,a two-storey brick wall model has been tested.A good agreenment is obtained between analysed and model testresults.
