摘    要:工业领域中控制设备使用的串口通信抗干扰性较弱,而以太网通信具有更好的抗干扰性,并且设备和以太网之间越来越具有可联网性。文中介绍了一种使用C8051F120单片机实现TCP/IP协议与以太网连接,进行RS-232串口和以太网数据透明传输的新方法,即实现单片机与Internet网互联的方法。使用此方法可以实现任何非计算机类的自动化设备上网的梦想,提高了传输数据的抗干扰性,节省了更新换代的成本,达到了远程控制和远程通信的目的。

Abstract:Serial port communication used in control equipments of industry domain has poor anti interference. Ethernet communication has better anti-interference, and it is the current trend that has more networking between the equipments and Ethernet. This paper introduced a new method using C8051F120 microcontroller to realize the TCP/IP protocol and the Ethernet connection, RS232 and Ethernet data transmission, namely is realizing the microcontroller and Internet network interconnection method. Using this method, we can make every kinds of Non computer automatic equipment which is online, improve the date transmission anti- interference, save the cost of upgrading, and reach the remote control and communication.
